Melissa Ann “Missy” Vaughn, 55, of Fortville, passed away on May 6, 2023, in Indianapolis. She was born on September 4, 1967, in Beech Grove to Ronald and Patricia Ann (Wray) Vaughn.
Missy was a 1986 graduate of Mt. Vernon High School. She attended Fortville Church of the Nazarene. Missy never met a stranger; she loved everyone, and she loved passionately. She loved music, writing, crocheting, and was a big fan of WWE – Friday Night Smackdown. Her favorite wrestler was Roman Reigns.
Missy is survived by her parents Ronald and Patricia Ann Vaughn; special cousins Troy (Thresa) Vaughn, Matthew Vaughn, Jessica Pumphrey, Becca Jones, Kristen Bailey, and Kim Hanshew.
Friends may call on Thursday, May 11, 2023, from 10 am – 2 pm at Seals Funeral Home, 122 W. Staat Street, Fortville, IN. A Funeral Service to celebrate Missy’s life will take place at 2 pm.
