Obituary for Rian Daniel Howard Stephens
Rian Daniel Howard Stephens,
42, left this earthly home on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. He was welcomed by his guardian angels, Pop (Howard) & Nannie (Peggy) Stephens as well as his Pop (Ralph) Arnold. Rian was born on May 3, 1983 in Cookeville, TN. As a true 80’s kid, Rian developed a passion for sports, collecting sports memorabilia and of course W.W.E. These hobbies followed him through the rest of his life. Many of you may have heard him sing “Rocky Top” on a fall Saturday morning or heard him yell “TITAN UP!!” at the TV and possibly give you a Bobby Knight impression. Rian was smart, compassionate, generous, silly, funny and had the biggest heart. His favorite team ultimately was his family and friends.
Rian is survived by his loving wife, Samantha Stephens; his fur son, Moose; his father, Daniel Stephens; his mother, Dianna Abello (Ron); and his nannie, Charlene Arnold.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 5, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon at Shirley Brothers Fishers-Castleton Chapel, 9900 Allisonville Road, Fishers. Interment will follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, 9088 1025 South, Fortville, IN 46040.
