FORTVILLE – Paul D. Riddle, age 60, of Fortville, IN, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at his residence. He was born on March 22, 1957 in Greenfield. Paul graduated from Mt. Vernon High School in 1975. He married Dana (Brewer) on July 2, 1977 in Fortville. 

He was Vice President of Operations at Success Group International based out of Dallas, TX. He was active with the Mt. Vernon School Board, where he has held the longest board membership in corporation history. Paul was an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. He enjoyed spending time with his family, coaching his kids and was very active in the church community. He loved watching sports, especially IU Basketball and all Mt. Vernon sports. He also loved to work on wood projects and to read. 

Paul is survived by his loving wife, Dana Riddle of Fortville; children, Jeremy (Michelle) Riddle of Cincinnati, OH, Darin Riddle of Cincinnati, OH and Sarah (Ryan) Hetrick of Fishers; sisters, Teresa Kissick of Ft. Knox, KY and Leiesa (Ray) Fish of Fortville; half-brother, Andy Riddle of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Ty and Bailey Riddle; and 10 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara (Lowe) Riddle; grandparents, Marvin and Dorothy Riddle and Tom and Francis Lowe. 

Calling will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Fortville Church of the Nazarene, 701 S. Maple Street, Fortville, IN 46040. A Celebration of Life will take place following the gathering at 6:00 p.m. Pastor Phil Edwards will be officiating
